I've been checking out about Office Politics for the past few years. No working adults would exactly want to relate their experiences to me. It became a recent topic that me and my friends were talking about.

I was expose to that situation. It was a horror movie. No wonder nobody would like to share about it.

I was being blame for something I was not totally wrong about. And someone had feign ignorant, acting to give advice, and push all the blame to my team. I am not sure of how to react in the situation. I was angry, but being put in the situation, I did not comment on anything.

-I felt like a picture - being focus and framed into the situation.

-A porcupine with many sharp spines that would blast off anytime when it reaches its limit of tolerance (although it is a myth that porcupines can project their quills on the attackers).

But on a second thought, I thought it was a good exposure.

My Pastor actually said this, " When the sand hits it hard on the shells, the Sri Lanka crab would grow stronger each time. Soon, it would develop to have strong claws and support itself...The hermit crab would hide from all the wind and storms of life, thus, they develop very weak body... "

Same goes to life. When the situation got me thinking, it does taught me how to see things in a different light. You recognize those people who are with you, those who simply sits back and relax to watch the show, and those who stabs you real hard on your back (even though they might seems very friendly to you). It is useless to get angry and show it on the surface. Emotions can be controlled.


I learnt to be stronger. Not to be put down by that somebody, or anybody, so easily again.
I thank God for a team, who are not just follower, but understand my point of view and identify the same issues. I was reassured by their support and encouragements for each other. I also thank God for the good day we had together :)

I need wisdom to handle situations. I need grace to learn. I need to learn how to relax and let God.

PS: I wonder if someone would stand up for the weak?
